Homemade Chocolate Ice-Cream

Ingredients:

  • I cup of Ice
  • 3/4 cups of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup of coconut cream
  • 2 scoops of Elevate Chocolate Collagen
  • 1 tablespoon of chocolate powder
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
  • Optional: dark chocolate chips

Instructions:

1.) Place the ice, milk, coconut cream, collagen powder, and vanilla into a blender. Process together until smooth and creamy.

2.) Once it's done, the texture will be similar to a chocolate frosty. Pour ice cream into a medium sized glass container, and place into a freezer for about 2-3 hours until nice and firm. (Alternatively, you can also divide ice cream into a single serve containers for easier clean up.)

3.) To serve, scoop using an ice cream scooper and sprinkle with chocolate chips (optional)

4.) Store in an air-tight container for up to 3 months in the freezer.
