Banana Berry Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana (ripe is preferred)
  • 2 tablespoons of any flour
    1 tablespoon of Elavate Chocolate Collagen
    1 egg
    1/4 teaspoon baking powder
    174 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon chia seeds
    1 tablespoon of milk
  • Toppings optional: fresh berries, chia seeds, maple syrup for drizzle

Instructions:

  1. ) Bring skillet to a medium heat.
  2. ) In a bowl mash banana. Add cinnamon, chia seeds, baking powder and mush until smooth.
  3. ) Mix in egg and milk. Then add flour and collagen powder.
  4. ) Coat pan with a little bit of coconut oil or butter. Evenly separate batter into 4 pancakes on the pan. Cook on medium heat for about 2-3 minutes per side (once bubbles start to form).
  5. ) Enjoy fresh! Top with fresh berries, chia seeds, and maple syrup.
